Where we deliver

We deliver to every city in Morocco. For deliveries outside Morocco, contact us before ordering: availability, costs and customs formalities are agreed case by case.

Delivery times

Order confirmation: we call or message you after your order, usually the same day, to confirm the device, the price and the address.
Standard delivery in Morocco: 1 to 4 days after confirmation, depending on the city.
Bank transfer orders: the parcel is shipped the day we receive your transfer or deposit.

These times are indicative. If a delay occurs, we keep you informed. If a parcel has not been delivered 30 days after the confirmed delivery date, you may cancel the order and be refunded in full.

Delivery fees

Any delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Tracking

When the carrier provides a tracking number, we send it to you by WhatsApp or email.

When the parcel arrives

Check the parcel in front of the courier. If the packaging is damaged or the contents are incomplete, write it on the delivery slip or refuse the parcel, and contact us within 48 hours with photos. Cash-on-delivery orders are paid to the courier when you receive the parcel.

Failed delivery

If the courier cannot reach you after several attempts, the parcel is returned to us. We then contact you to arrange a new delivery.

Collecting in a showroom

You can also collect your device in one of our showrooms by appointment, and have it explained on the spot.
